hydrocortisone cream 0.5

I could only find the 0.5% cream. Is it worth using at that strength, and how should I adjust my application compared to the 1% ?

use at least 1%, im using that right now on my nose, try to cycle it on and off 8 days so you dont cause any side effects, it has worked pretty well
