Will this cream help me shrink my nose? Yes or no? And if so what are the side effects of it.

Just use hydrocortisone 1%, It can help reduce swelling/puffiness, so your nose might look a bit slimmer temporarily, but it does NOT change bone or cartilage tho, Use it sparingly and for a short time only, because steroid creams can thin your skin if overused.
