Hydrocortisone cream

I’ve read a forum about hydrocortisone but still have some questions. Should I leave the hydrocortisone there once I apply it or wash it? Is there a difference between 1% or others? That’s all help a chink out.

wipe it off after 5 min. put it only only nasal tip and sides but nowhere else
