Hydrocortisone on dorsal hump

Has anyone done this? My dorsal hump is awful, would using a skin thinning agent make this problem worse or hide it a little?

I had a lot of success using clobestol propinate on the side but i guess thats more fat, im desperate to cope until rhino

corticosteroids lower bloating, you have to use them for a while for skin thinning and they most likely wont be touching fat
you could try to fix a bulbous tip with latisse to shrink the interdomal fat pad tbh
if you have a dorsal hump because of a recessed nose bridge you can get filler

you can extrapolate that it may be because of fluid retention
corticosteroids work very well for me as well, intranasal corticosteroids as well since the nasal passages are bloated as well
