Hydrocortisone on nose

This is my 3rd day of using hydrocortisone on my nose, I have noticed very very slight changes to my nose so far (maybe placebo), but I can't help but notice that no water has been leaking out of my nose like its supposed to, does anyone know a potential reason for this? @xnj

it doesnt always leech out, i dont think i noticed it right away either tbh
i just said that it is a possibility
