hydrocortisone to betamethasone?

First tube bouta finish of hydrocortisone and i've gotten decent results but always looking for a bit more. should i use betamethasone ? if so in how much %. i used hydrocortisone for a month nd some days. Also im on tretinoin too if that affects betamethasone. any suggestions ? to continue hydrocortisone or switch to betamethasone

depending on how ur nose feels rn, i used too much hc recently, my nose is red asf and very irritated. im also on accutane so that adds

hc seems to do the job just fine, so better to stick to that. beta is way too strong (600% stronger than hc)
