Materials For Hyoid/Chin

1. needles: 25- 27 G ( preferred 27g ) 8mm insulin syringes https://a.co/d/j9uvClR

Dosing

• Safe Volume for Chin Area: 3 mL (or 300 units)
  
  
• Number of Points on Chin: 8 points (safe number) (can do more points if more volume)
  
  
• Calculation:
  • Total volume/units (3 mL or 300 units) ÷ Number of points (8)
    
    
  • Volume/units per point = 0.375 mL (or 37.5 units) per point

For each of the 8 points on the chin, you would administer 0.37 so around close to 4 mL


Step 1: Wash face,, apply lidocaine cream ( wait 30 min and remove.), clean off lidocaine

cream, sterilize and clean your face with alcohol pads, and lastly sterilize your Aqualyx vial with prep pad. ( follow in that order )


Step 2: mark your 8 points spaced 1cm to 1.5 cm apart and follow the anatomy of YOUR chin fat. Everyone has different facial anatomy so assess accordingly some people can do 8-15 points per session

HOW TO DOSE LIQUID LIDOCAINE:
If you have decided to use liquid lidocaine its a better numbing solution to the cream because the cream doesnt really help. The only pain you will feel is upon injection when the Aqualyx is actually injecting inside of you. Using liquid lidocaine you mix the solution into the dissolver at a exact measurement to not mess up the purity of it. I’ve done both creams and liquid lido and I recommend Liquid Lido
You want to dose
1ml for every 8ml vial (Simple) - This is the safe sweet spot to not fuck the purity up and still maintain full effects of aqualyx people who say otherwise have not tried it themselves.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:

The chin is easy and genuinely painless with the liquid lido it is easy to pull fat from your chin. There are really no heavy set nerves that intercept in that area, just dont go too close to the bottom of the adams apple and too close to your chin. Pretty self explanatory, be safe and I hope this tutorial helped.

Cheek/hyoid lipo is expensive. This is for people who genuinely cant afford it and arent that stupid to actually do it themselves, its quite easy. Youre saving thousands by just reading and learning where to mark and how to hold a needle.

How deep should you inject cuz gpt says for lean people there’s 2-5mm of fat and 1-2mm of skin.

As for the deepness you should be going halfway of a 8mm syringe or a 6mm syringe about 3-4mm in deep.

Sure the risks are minimal when injecting into a safe border spot within the needles. The measurements are wrong and I would not rely on chatgpt for any questions like this. Its mainly the nerves you worry about and the nerves in a basic human face and anatomy standpoint are about 9-10mm deep inside the subq cheek fat and the buccal area. So if you were to inject the 8mm syringe fully in the pocket it wouldnt do much to you harm wise but its just a safer scenario to always go about 3/4ths in for safety.

Its easy to pull the fat and inject with aqualyx but doing it correctly? Thats where people get confused. You didnt assess or measure your face while doing it you didnt do it to others, and you think because of a safety box that is referred to as chatgpt or tiktok that it is true. Guarantee if you ask chatgpt for a safety box area of the injections for aqua it would prob come up w a similar box like yours, im not here to argue, just educate people. Your ego will never win the argument with urself that youre right but just think about the fact that youre educating people who are also trying to do it themselves and wonder why there results dont come out like they see online , for instance mine. People wonder about my results and why it looks so different and actually proportional, thats because i didnt just do some box under the cheekbones, i measured my face and examined the width id need to do regarding my facial anatomy.
