Hyoid training

Does hyoid training even do anything? I swear it just trains the hyoid muscle causing a tensed up hyoid area. I noticed that after I quit doing the exercise my hyoid actually improved is the BOTB thread just a nerf?

With muscles attached to it that when u supposedly train them it should rise

if ur worried about that frogs croak under ur chin, just get lean and have high enough calcium in ur diet
