Best way to improve the endocrine system (what you call "hormonal" and "thyroid") is a eating a healthy diet, enough sleep and exercise, there are no other ways to "improve" it without hormonal intervention.

Most people don't consume enough iodine which is essential for thyroid function, if you don't go out much, you may want to take a vitamin D supplement (sunbathing cost nothing and will give you more vitamin D than any supplement in the market) and Zinc if you are a coomer (Zinc is present in the semen and ejaculation takes Zinc out of your system). Most seafood contain Iodine and Zinc.

How much zinc does it take?

Eating healthy and having a healthy lifestyle is not enough to have optimal thyroid function due to so many morden stressors.

You can improve thyroid function without taking any thyroid drug if you are young. For example, improving glucose oxidation, reducing gut inflammation, supplying the liver with adaquate glucose and protein for converting inactive thyroid hormone to active, pufa restriction, increasing co2 retention, balanced calcium to phosphate ratio.

And Iodine alone won't completely resolve thyroid function, in fact it can suppress thyroid function if not taken with zinc, selenium and certain b vitamins.

Most of the Zinc in humans is stored in the muscles and the rest in organs such as the prostate:
From the study "... The level of Zn in fertile men was 14.08± 2.01 (mg/100 ml) and in the infertile group was 10.32±2.98 (mg/100 ml)"

Healthy men have around 40% more Zinc concentration in their semen than infertile men, let's do some math, the average male needs at least 10 milligrams of zinc per day. The volume of the ejaculation of a healthy man is around 4ml, for infertile males 1ml or less, if you are healthy, there should be a total of (12/25) mg to (16/25) mg in a single ejaculation, that's around 0.5mg to 0.65mg, it's' not much (around 5 to 7% of your daily intake of zinc) but if you are a coomer and you coom several times a day you may need a bit more of Zinc in your diet to compensate, specially if you don't eat Zinc rich food and exercise because Zinc is also used in your muscles, half an hour of exercise will use more Zinc than a single ejaculation (remember that most of the Zinc in humans are in the muscles).

What foods contain iodine ?
Iodine is naturally found in all fish and seaweed, almost all governments force some products on the food industry to put iodine in them such as milk, yogurt and cheese and almost all table salt is enriched with iodine as well.

The history of food iodization is interesting, is one of those cases here the governments of the world actually did something to improve people's lives and is comparable to the removal of lead in gas, as iodine deficiency not only disrupts thyroid function but literally reduces your IQ as well.

You can read a bit about the motivation for salt iodization here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iodised_salt
