Hypertrophic pimple scar

Title got one on my chest
Had an acne breakout during puberty (15-16) some on my chest and back too.
Most have faded/fading but there is one that is kinda bigger and raised and has softened over time but not by much, I am thinking of getting a corticosteroid injection to flatten it out.
Any thing else I can do for it?

Thats a leftover scar.
The colour has faded a little and its softer but that shit still bothers me when i have a gymceled body.
