The issue of upper eye exposure has to do with the underlying bone structure. And even if that wasn’t a problem, it would be near impossible to induce hypertrophy in those muscles.

Technically roids literally hypertrophy all your facial muscles, this is the reason why faces on roids look quite different then pre roid for guys. Testosterone is known to cause hypertrophy in all skeletal muscle just by ldaring

why is that?
in my case I just wanted a bigger glabella, because in the future I pretend to get my nose straitghened without reducing it, but elevating i on the top..
but yes, a good implant might be the only way

See loox for example, more then half the changes in his face is from all of his muscles getting bigger so giving him a large/full masculine face

If you’re looking for enlargement in that area you should just get filler. I don’t think it would solve the problem though. Upper eye exposure is tough and I don’t think there’s any solution for it unfortunately.

I haven’t seen any good clinical comparisons. Also, implants don’t mobilize the muscular origins. So as long as the muscles don’t move “down” with the implants, there’s really no good solution for this (in my opinion).
