My thoughts - There’s been a lot of talk about how the benefit of bonesmashing doesn’t come from Wolfs law but rather from the ossification of subperiosteal hematomas. To achieve this, light constant tapping is NOT a good way to bonesmash. Rather, infrequent but intense hits multiple times a day is much better. Every “smash” should be painful and almost immediately accompanied by bruising and tenderness, especially if you’re consistently doing it. There’s no need to knock yourself lightly on the head for an hour.
