also you have to be realistic. If your surgeries go over around 30-40k your just coping at that point

only fix failos. You can’t create halos with surgeries

if your smart since your in middle school high school. You’d start now to ascend. Idk about you but in America they give non refundable student loans in college per semester for financially disadvantaged students (just say you don’t live with your parents) boom easy 6-10k there per semester.

if you get a part time job. You can save by the end of high school 5-10k there.
