as you already know they’re not really safe to eat, unless it’s from a trusted farm and etc

but recently i had bought this meat from a regular store in a hurry.

today i got back from school super hungry as i don’t eat at all until after school,

but i was really hungry and really craving raw meat in which i didn’t have the proper type to eat, so i cooked the meat very lightly, like i flipped the meat around the pan, 20 seconds for each side just to get the bacteria off the outside, but keep in mind this meat is thick so the inside, everywhere else other than the literal thin outside layer, was still raw. and i ate that shit up, not ready to face consequences if i get any :feelswah:

yea muscle meat, im not talking about toxins specifically.

i don’t even know bro i just don’t trust american’s average grocery stores.

would you say i’m good then? i can just eat them raw regardless even if it’s from a regular ass grocery store as long as it’s muscle meat?

our ancestors have been cooking meat for like a million years why wouldn't you? if you want to replicate aspects of your ancestor life to get the advantages they had over us you should cook your meat

it makes nutrients more bioavailable then the amount that you loose you realise? if it didnt then we wouldn't of evolved to do it
Were you there

explain why its false, instead of just saying false
I'm saying it's 10,000 years where only Europeans started cooking first. He's saying 800,000 years which is a huge discrepancy.

isnt it just that cooking meat became normal once we transitioned from hutners to farmers?

Homo sapiens have only been around for 300,000 years. Every human alive is at least 80% homo sapien. So what he's saying is that some previous human species invented cooking, which is false.

For Asians yes, cooking coincides with the advent of agriculture. They started cooking 6500 years ago. For Europeans, they started cooking way before the agriculture revolution.

there is literally evidence found in Palestine that ancient humans used fire to cook for at least 800k years ago

a study conducted by a British university showed that Europeans have been using fire to cook meat for at least 250k and probs more

there is literally evidence of fire and blacked bones found in Chinese caves dating back to around 250k years ago

we have been cooking meat for 100s of thousands of years before we started farming. even in mostly non agricultural hunter gather societies like Aboriginal Australians and Canadians cooked meat using fire

but try and find a source that says it was common for homo sapiens to cook food before 12 years ago

well the fact there is evidence of people cooking all around the world dating back 100s of thousands of years. the conditions to preserve the evidence are rare so there being a evidence all over the world suggests that it was common
