Yesterday I took 20 grams and 3 beers, the day before I only took 7 grams. Now I need to wait 7 hours and then I can take it to enjoy its full effects.
Today I'm gonna take caffeine and do a chest workout. Then I'll probably take a walk before it's time to get loaded.
