At ur age i used to weight the same but im shorter, and i would skip tons of meals, used to never eat breakfast, weak lunch but good dinner daily. Now i eat breakfast, still weak lunch, normal dinner except at weekends, weekends i never dinner. The good thing about this is if u dont eat sugar regularly, bf is so low… im at 10%.

Thats insanely low for your height. But thinking about it when i was 16yo i was actually just 63kg at 6'1 and somehow didn't have almost any abs .
Now im 75kg and i do have abs and chest, shoulder, biceps insertions visible tho. But i started gymceling on and off since i was 17 so that had to be a part of this somehow. Still confused tho
