I legit back when I was younger had a gun pulled on me by a cop cuz a exs mom told them I had a knife ( I didn't but her mom didn't like how I snuck into her daughter's room at night through her window and ran me off) so while I was dipping from. Her house. She had the cops already called. They told me to freeze and had the gun on me. Shit was wild. They searched me and my car. Zero weapons and then her mom got charged with waisting polices resources and all I was told was to not go back to the exs house ( I still kept going)

Easy mega easy and they let me go after a hour of all clear and whatever calls they had to make on radio. I did get hand cuffed until they determined it was just a horny guy having sex

Yeah a single flinch can get you shot. Most cops do not have that high levels of actual advanced trigger discipline. A random guy got swatted (false call on him) and he got shot in front of his door. Dude was completely innocent and unarmed with no harm.
