I already have alot of moles, can i still do mt2?

Im gonna get birthmark removal for my face so i don't really want more of them. Is people who take mt2 and already have moles more likely to get more of them than people who dont? Also is there a way to stop parts like lips etc from getting tanned aswell? I like my lips alot
