I always can’t sleep when there is a big event the next day

Whether it’s birthdays, Christmas, going on holiday or meeting I get either nervous or excited which ruins my ability to sleep well. Today is my birthday and I got 3 hrs 45 minutes or 4 hours of sleep

Brutal because I have an exam tomorrow as well

Once I had a trip for a holiday and I needed to sleep the day before because I had to drive the whole night.

Got 2h of sleep and had to drive the whole night on those 2h of sleep that I had the day before…

When i abused adderall i did
