I be having quite normal interactions but there's always just this feeling that they're making fun of me/ looking down on me.
Is it just in my head or are they actually making fun of me?

How can i stop this feeling and how do i know if it's just in my head or if they're actually making fun of me?

I find it hardest to know if it's just in my head or if they're actuall making fun of me.
Tbh, when i look at them interacting with others, i also feel like they're "making fun of them", but it's just playful.
So i guess i have my answer right there..

But anyone got a way so i could know if it's just in my head or real?

but when i see them interact w other ppl im like
"hm, if they interacted to me in that way, i'd feel like they're looking down on me"
yk what im saying so thta kinda makes me think its in my head.
but wtv its a comvination of the two most def, but it does make it hard for me to actually enjoy being w people and being friends w them and laughing w them n shi
