Some org mfs say that I will lose on bonemass and height if I am not fat during puberty, my cousin who is 18 and was skinny his entire life is boneless and 5'11 while his lil bro who is 15 and has been fat his entire life is 6'2 and definitely not boneless what's the difference here going that low would be bad no?

just dont be malnourished or consume stupidly low calories

12-15% is ideal during puberty and maximizes your hormones.
How do I get down to that? I've probably stunted so much growth because when I was 11 I was like 40 percent bodyfat it took me 2 years of trying to cut to get to 25 percent

Don’t focus on cutting too much go in like a 300 deficit and work out to gain muscle (Pinning test makes this much faster)

the way to bypass this and not be boneless is by consuming your nutrients and calcium and other things, think of consuming about .8 to a 1lb of protein per 1-3 pounds of body weight to keep things optimal. No reason that you can’t cut and also have bones, and drink your milk man i’m telling you right now I’m taller then both my parents and have surpassed my growth that I was supposed to stop at by simply drinking milk and water instead of soda, don’t get into all the junk food and that’s not just sweet treats that i mean for junk food things that don’t look like junk are also junk too, consume healthy carbs not regular bread you buy at the store but something like potatoes are good for carb source that are healthy, and be easy on the seasoning too.
