id say definitely consider marpe. Also, how long do you sleep each night?
As for scoliosis, I’d strongly recommend seeing a professional physical therapist rather than asking people for advice from people online.
marpe mainly expands the upper palate and doesn’t directly correct facial asymmetry for most part. braces and marpe alone usually can’t fully fix facial asymmetry. However, since you’re still very young, orthodontic treatment can guide jaw growth and improve overtime
