Don't be lazy and read them. If you want to lose fat as fast as possible, you will need a great looksmaxing routine. Basic answers were already provided

2) buy a diary and use it to write the amount of calories you eat everyday

are you serious about losing fat and able to take full control of what you eat (i.e parents dont force you to eat their meals) ?

if so:
do a 1 week water fast if you very serious about losing fat quick, or you could do like a peel-a-pound cabbage soup diet for a week and you will lose a fair bit of fat too

doing these will give fast results at the price of week long of food temptations which can be hard, and you will lose a decent amount of muscle mass
