I don't mean people necessarily from this site, but anyone with knowledge of this could be a danger. And yes, exactly, most normies can ascend at least 1-2 points with well planned executed procedures, that would be death for us.
Take me, for example, before my adulthood I was like 3-4.5/10 now I'm 5 and soon I'll be more. My ascension means somebody descension, there's always so much pussy available.
