my bodyfat is 24% and i feel terrible, i hate myself and i would do anything to lose weight, i am currently on a keto diet which hasn't done anything to me but helping me put down a few quick pounds and water weight..
i'm here to ask if there's any efficient way to drop fat easier while on a keto diet, because nothing really works for me.
please and thank you to anybody who seed this, i'm desperate

Why would you want keto diet in first place
Eat balanced foods with ~500kcal deficit. If 500 feels easy for you then you can lower your calories to 1000kcal deficit.

Just eat high protein foods and dont eat grains or any other goyslop just eat meat and milk and maybe eggs and then it will be super easy to lose weight
