I ate nutritious meal of 2L raw milk and 12 raw eggs yet it gave me no energy

I had enough sleep too

I'm such a fucking piece of shit that can't get out of bed and actually do something

I can't even browse reels in bed anymore as that gives me a headache so I just lay down there with nothing
