Bro I have 2 ideas and I have to choose 1

1st idea

Natty+androgenic method

-discontinue exogenous testosterone
- take hcg 500 iu 2 times a week
- take 25 mg exemestane a day
- take 50 mg clomid a day

Then after this Natty+androgenic method for a few months get Natty testosterone levels checked. The hcg exemestane clomid combo should create high natty Testosterone around 900 - 1100 ng/dl

If it's less than 900 - 1000 ng/dl then possibly consider CRUISING on exogenous testosterone

Or

Continue exogenous Testosterone , but lower the dose to taking a TRT dose small but still potent enough to land the testosterone levels around 1100 - 1200 ng dl


Which idea better?

Bro, please don't use an clomid, it has a 30 day half life and can cause dangerous emotional volatility, plus 50mgs per day is a huge dose. One dose of clomid per week is even enough.

A third option is to stack HCG with low exogenous dose T and the exemestane, the HCG will pump up your T by adding endogenous production + exogenous.

I think the first choice would be most interesting minus the Clomid, you don't need that smoke. Add DHEA instead, it has more neurosteroid activity.

Or at least get ENCLOMIPHENE and use only a weekly dose, but would discount it entirely tbh, SERMS are toxic and not good longterm.
