Do you have visible abs without flexing? If not, you are fat.

Hell nah brother, i am hella chopped. I need to lock in everyday in the gym. Maybe start to use mk to gain a couple kgs

claiming 12% body fat while also saying you don't got abs :feelstastyman:. We got a few options here, you either crash dieted and have 0 muscle/skinny fat or you're no where near the range you're estimating.. both of those things could be true. Don't be an autist that starves themselves and eats junk, OD on protein and remain around 1500-2000 calories whatever your deficit is and slowly lose while hitting full body workouts a minimum of 4 days a week, I do 5, I'm gonna assume your metabolism is fucked if you starved yourself so not much advice I can give you there besides bulk up and then do the cut. Starving yourself only gets you so far (15-16%BF) and that's why the majority of the world is ugly, they don't properly lose the weight, look at any ig/tiktok model they're insanely lean and it's not just from eating 500 calories a day they all workout while OD'ing on protein for the lack of calories and retaining muscle mass while cutting.

If you were forever skinny and upset you don't got abs then you simply just don't have enough muscle on your body, bulk up and cut, nobody gives a fuck if you got abs at 130 pounds.

I always been a skinny guy, i have a fast metabolism and its difficult to gain weight. Now i am trying go to the gym and eating a lot, maybe in the end of the year i am a little good
