In conflict situations, stress or when speaking to a group of people (e.g meetings) my adrenaline increases so much that I can barely talk due to high heart rate and even twitching of my face. I can literally feel the fight or flight mode and the adrenaline pumping through my body.
This is ruining my life, since I cant present myself in a confident way or express anything in front of people.

Hmm but somehow I need to fix this shit. Alcohol helps me a lot, but I cant consume it due to gymcelling and having heart arrythmias after consuming it.
I think about Lyrica and hopping on TRT.

Lyrica might cause short term memory loss, bone deterioration, weight gain, blurred vision and many many more

I used to binge do it back in college days, it was basically my breakfast, I even fluctuated between doses jfl...

I got dumber during that period of time, couldn't memorize courses I used to study and felt dumb cuz I literally couldn't form words, like you know what you want to say but unable to.

Not to mention the disruption of your electrolytes and dehydration

Have you tried magnesium glycinate?
