i constantly need validation, validation about my physique, my face etc. I literally consider a day shitty only if i didnt get no compliments. I made out with a girl this friday and i literally stared at her 5 seconds dead into her eyes after we made out because i wanted her to compliment me, i craved her to say how my lashes are long and how she likes my eyes, i was fucking screaming in my mind cuz i wanted her to say something about my physique, and she didnt say a fucking thing, not a single compliment, yes we made out but she didnt have a single specific comment on my appearance, i literally got sad right there cuz she didnt give me my validation.
Its not only with her, its with fucking everybody, they speak but i need to make it about myself so i get some sort of validation, how tf do i fix this retardation

for me it was more the idea of getting it, not actually getting it (though i ofc wanted that)
