You have extremely thin neck and no angularity , really narrow jaw and bad under eye area . First two thing you can fix without surgery you can fix the eye bags with make up.

neck is not important, but i could easily fix it by hopping on T and training

narrow jaw is an extremely common problem, jaw is law, inherited it from my mother who is jawless, fixable with surgery, luckily

my chin and ramus and side profile is not good too

i could also fix underyes with surgery, not makeup, could try some other things to reduce them, like retinol or tretinoin etc

my mouth is narrow, will need surgery too

i will need to fix my narrow palate and bad teeth

i have many flaws, but all of them are fixable with money

unfortunately making money is impossible
