THE LIGHTS GO UP AND I PERCIEVE THE GLARE FROM THE SIDE VIEW

THAT HOUSE HAS ACTED SUSPICIOUS SINCE SOMETIMES THE LIGHTS DONT SHUT DOWN FOR 2-3 WEEKS AND THEY JUST RANDOMLY GO ON AT 4-5 AM WITHOUT NO ONE INSIDE THE ROOM

AS SOON AS I FUCKING TILT MY HEAD I SEE A FIGURE ( THINK IT WAS A WOMEN ) TURNING THE LIGHTS OFF AS SHE WAS STARING AT MY FUCKING WINDOW ( I COULD SEE A SILHOUETTE FROM THE 60 FEET )

I am seriously thinking of buying a small rifle just to shatter the fuck out of those windows if this shit happens again
