It’s cause and effect relationship and a vicious circle . Because we had introverted trait and we always had bad social experiences , we became more introverted and avoidant . Let’s say if you had introverted traits but you are a chad - you will always have positive social experiences - people will accept you , girls will like you , you will get hot GF and have great social life - you might lose your introvert nature . Sadly if you are average looking man -you are neglected by women , isolated and excluded . You then build the shell around you to avoid painful social experiences- thus leading to more introversion

I spent 12 days with absolutely 0 human interaction few months ago, not even went out of the house once like grocery shopping, did not phase me, someone called me and I had about a 10 minutes talk though. I am hard to beat.
