Yeah IFBB pros cruise on 500 test in between blasts. It feels so mild like no diff from being on 150 mg. At 1G I start feeling it more but I haven't run that dose higher than a week

But there is a book called Galenico Noone Method that advocates to run cycles for a year instead of a few weeks. Like a cycle has to be way longer to get good gains. He advocated running something like 250 test for a year
