Hey im new to this bp Stuff and I wanted to know what you guys would Tell me. I know im fat but im trying to Improve Right now I’m in a good deficit I lost my first 5 kg and want to know how I’d be rated now and ask in a few months when I lost weight I’d love it if you would be brutally honest no mercy just straight up reality. I’d appreciate tips and improvements.

i recommend just starvemaxxing so that you could see your bones. rn your a sub3 but with potential

no it's not deadly but please don't do it especially if you are still in puberty, go to the gym and lose weight till about 15% bodyfat (healthy deficit, real food), anything lower than that and it can screw with your hormones even more

for any other tips just browse the site but honestly since you are still new to this just stick to the basics: healthy diet, good sleep, gym and you can do the rest later

come back for a rating when your bmi is lower it makes no sense to rate obese ppl

Only eat meat, eggs and stuff like that. No carbs. That should speed up results.

If you were an adult and your height growth was already finished I‘d say just don‘t eat for 2-3 days in a row and then eat for one day again and repeat that cycle but at your age it might stunt your height growth.

you’re improving, but reality = height, bone structure, and facial features carry far more weight than fat loss alone. keep grinding, stay honest.

As of now may not get the answers you want because well at your bf we can’t see much bones so first to that, id recommend not to listen to the people telling you to starve because your health should be prioritized. I suggest you stop consuming carbs and go carnivore, from what I can see yoy should definitely grow your hair out and based on the shadows you don’t seem that recessed but I’d have to see a side profile. Your skin isn’t horrible either but until you loose weight you can’t do much because that is the first step and please be careful listening to a lot of the people on this website trying to get you to starve yourself or do drugs because you should always improve your health first. If youd like dm me I can help you with weight loss bro gl.

How old are you first of all? Prob smart to include that when asking for a rating. You look like 13-15ish? But don't starve yourself, you need to eat good stuff or you could stunt your development. Your parents probably didn't feed you that well due to lack of knowledge or economic status so def learn how to make food, its been said a million times but chicken and rice will be a good start when your trying to cook while losing weight. It might be hard to beat the bad habits that got you here but it'll be worth it.

Just lose weight now dont listen to iqlets telling you to starvemaxx or hop on reta. Beside deficit do some cardio to speed it up
