I am gonna train in like 3 hours it would be fully digest by that timepretty silly, especially if its like an hour before. fat slows digestion and you dont want to have to be digesting food while you workout. you want a small meal of carbs and protein before workout, and leave time for the meal to be digested so you're not feeling sick or sluggish while working out
