I am extremely narrow and everyone is telling me I should gain weight because of my hollow cheeks. What Surgerys could help me?

My front is actaully okay and people who just see my front treat me significantly better then poeple that see my profile or 3/4 face. I thought about Bimax and a whole midface implant since my biggest deficit is in the area below the cheekbones. However gaining weight is extremely hard for me and could look worse then getting surgery. Here are some pics. Pls tell me your opinion and what I should do!

you have a long nose with what looks to me to be SFS (please correct me if I'm wrong, maybe you just have a short chin) while at the same time having a high gonial angle.

btw, your zygos are great and you are not capped by race or any ratios (besides maybe FWHR) so you can definitely improve a lot with bimax. have you consulted with any good surgeon?

Yeah, I still wouldn't say you're super recessed. You're not super downgrown. You have a narrow jaw and small chin and it makes it look worse than it is. You're less recessed than I am and I had surgeons telling me I didn't need bimax.
