Uhh I’m 19, I eat like shit, I’m dependent on drugs, lowkey mouth breath like 70% of the day. Most I’ve done to look good was chew a fuck ton of hard gum, workout, and mew when I can breathe through my nose (use to more but I got allergies so).

I only say this bc is there actually anything I can do to look better?
