My day consists of - wake up at 8:40, wash my face, start work at 9 am, finish at 6 pm, rest for 2-3 hours, play battlefield 1 for 2-3 hours, spend some time on my phone, sleep

This has been for the last year AT LEAST. Literally everyday man. No friends, working is also remotely. So I am at this point where I am fucked mentally. Libido decreasing, porn not interesting anymore, if I don’t jack off I get bored af. I feel angry very often lately and most people piss me off

i don’t know man i fear i am losing it. I don’t have any skills, my best feature is probably above average IQ

I'm doing quite a big effort to stay in touch with my friend groups from HS. having homies you can do shit with are important in life; drink, smoke, go on a hike, watch a movie, etc. just once a month really helps me mentally

Yeah I do that in the weekends, usually go out and take a walk and I feel better but once I get back home, I start to feel like shit again.

Until recently I coped on Friday nights with wine and beer and got drunk to feel better but for one week or so I don’t feel like drinking anymore.
