How do you measure?I measure 172cm with shoes with a tape measure but today i got my id and measured 175 with shoes,although i mog about 75% of guys my age i just assumed that my country is shorter

I measure at home.
I just measured the wall and marked 183 -188 cm.
Then I sometimes just go to the wall put A ruler over my head and then look where it stands.
Which is 185.1 most of the time
I havent been to the doctor in some time so havent measured there
