Hello, I am getting a bimax soon due to sleep apnea, I am recessed (not THAT recessed but still) and it causes me sleep apnea.

I am not going to a public hospital / doctor but instead, to a friend of my orthodentist dad, he is a private doctor that do bimax, as well as plastic surgery like rhinoplasties etc.

Should I tell him anything before he does the bimax, any specifics for it to be aesthetically enhancing ?

Add a genio with the bimax but dont advance to much 3mm max in your case
