I have planned and measured my face ratios and I know exactly what to do now, and it will ascend me super hard.

My baseline is decent, not because everything is optimal, but because what I need to change is not too difficult. My PFL:ICD is perfect and I have a wide PFL, low set eye hood and relatively deep set eyes. My FWHR is also good.

The main things I want to change is nose bulbosity/width, jaw androgenicity, and maxilla protrusion (facial depth).

To fix all failos, I will do:

- Gonion Implants
- Chin Implant
- Lefort 1
- Jaw Advancement
- Back-Palate Expansion
- Invisalign
- Targeted Plasma Fibroblasts on Nose
- Targeted PEMF
- Targeted PDO Threads

I also have a few novel ideas for increasing height and bone length I will implement within the coming year.

There are also some other softmaxxes I will do but don't need to be noted yet.

I expect the full protocol to take about 3 years and to cost about 30,000-50,000$ total. I will log my progress here.

The people who look better from it don't go overboard and will get stuff they need, not just want. it all depends on the severity and boldness of the implants. If you go for insane gonion implants it will look unnatural because it doesn't harmonize with the face. Looking at his surgeries, a lot of them are orthodontics related, which when performed by any decent surgeon will look normal.

He just has to make sure his nose job doesnt get botched and he doesnt push the plastic surgeon to design massive gonion implants. Also he shouldnt go for massive chin implant.

OP should just do orthodontics first, then look into fillers and other stuff.

It isn't overboard, the lefort would be a small adjustment, but enough to improve my flattish side profile, also I already have a clinically relevant deep bite, so a jaw advancement would inherently make sense. The rest of the stuff like gonion and chin implants also make sense because my lower third is somewhat underdeveloped. I don't want to go for anything insane or unnatural.

-gonion implants
-invisalign with arch expansion (+ maybe MSE if u REALLY want a giga-wide palate)
-targeted fibrorblasts on nose & pemf
also pdo threads are very bad for your skin, just get cantho (learn how it works, theres way more variations than just modifying canthal tilt) which is minor and brings you to only 3 surgeries total

I was thinking of doing genio for the chin but I would be getting titanium gonion implants anyways and at that point I would be already in the hole monetarily so getting titanium chin implants would be better imo. Also with a sliding genioplasty you can't control the shape of the chin as much. I'd be looking for the strongest long-term option basically. I appreciate the feedback however.
