I recommend starting my learning about taoism and then moving on into hermetic tradition, then you go through alchemy and move on to OG theosophy
after that you put all your knowledge into practice and reach nirvana

I learned all of that through a friend of mine, it took me a year
You need to have a pure heart to follow the path, and by this I mean true love for creation and will to know more about it.

I wasn't able to put it into practice, but my friend certainly did. He's still human but he's getting pretty far
