I AM HAVING SADDLE INFRAS with PAGNONI

So I finally decided to opt for conservative saddle infras to raise my lower lid even though the vertical augmentation is only 2mm because I refuse completely to get canthopexy since I think that surgery will make my eyes look pulled up, feminine and uncanny .

PAGNONI said my infras aren’t bad but we can have minimum forward projection with 2mm vertical augmentation to slightly raise the lower lid.

Here is the design of my infras implant if you could give me your opinions ( I know this wont ascend me but definitely could help getting less roundish eyes)

Im thinking about drop down supras also but afraid of looking uncanny and the visible scar.

My side profile is good but definitely not the front though.

Im doing my best brother I was 92k kilos and now Im 82kilos ( 6 feet 1 tall )

Getting lean wont raise my lower lid and make my eyes less rounded isnt ?

Yes I agree with you! So I guess the saddle infras worth it in my case and won’t look uncanny since it’s conservative
