just be as relaxed as you can around them, start some kind of side hustle for petty cash and let them know but don't put it in their face. make the hash on the side and don't tell anyone until its ready to sell.
go for a jog when you wake up it'll improve your cortisol rhythm and reduce your anxiety
when your a sub-5 nobody cares enough to make fun of you, when your sub-5 and they see you doing something good like making money or being healthy they don't think oh he's disgusting they say oh I'm glad he's working on himself he's a nice young man

You're an engineer.
Move somewhere with a valuable currency and high engineering salaries, the USA instantly comes to mind, even if you have to go as a refugee.
Live with low expenses and save as much as you can.
Then get as much surgery as you need in Iran as it's the cheapest with the highest quality.
I'm sorry to hear about your situation. This is your only choice.

Hey man. I understand you are trying to help me. Your advice is solid except one thing. I am Muslim. As a muslim I believe if I do hard maxing like surgeries I will be in hellfire. your parents and friends are the first people that try to hold you back most of the time, you must be more independent and do whaterver you want. don't overstress over your looks cause self improvement is great and everything but it shouldn't cost you your mental health, remember to enjoy everything else life has to offer

You are so young man. I really will say just don't waste your time. Believe me I have already gone through your age. Just work on yourself regardless of your financial conditions or looks or genetics. Max out each and everything. You will thank me after 5 to 10 years from now as you will be still young but way ahead of your peers

If it's anything about appearance, just try to maximize your health, healthy people are never ugly in my opinion, but I don't find anyone ugly so who am I to say anything? Anyway, you're not hopeless!! Create some hope for yourself, become good at something, maybe work out a bit or pick up extra studies. Another easy way is self- grooming. I know you;ve heard this countless times, but see what you can do for yourself first
