I started skipping breakfast and dont eat for at least 8-10 hours when in school

Basically my daily diet

Moms sandwich ( breaf with some salami in it)
Whatever she cooks which can go from soup to bean one to beef to chicken and so on but she often just makes pizza for breakfast
Apple and bananas usally one or two pre day
And maybe snack some fish or whatever in evening

Idk i assume its either in 20 or bit below that but not enough to fully see abs
Im on level so far when i can see abs only in like really nice lighting

Yeah nah you need to drop a bit more and check if you have water retention in your body that can be caused by a lack of consumption of water and/or you have too much sodium in your body
