I am lower inhib after drinking coffee

Went a few days without coffee and realized I find it a lot easier to talk to people when I drink coffee

I have been drinking about 4 cups a day, 2 in the morning and 2 at lunchtime

I didnt but I got used to it, I'm trying to get into the mentality of food is just fuel and isn't supposed to be enjoyable
