I always thought I was a virgin because I was ugly and always compared myself to the best looking guys until I realized that I was actually not that ugly. Guys who are significantly less attractive and smaller than me get tons of women, while I get approached by women a few times and I'm often told by guys who don't know me that I look good. Sometimes I get looked at by other girls at trade fairs and one or two girls seek my company. However, I've noticed that I'm extremely shy and I don't know how to proceed and I'm extremely inhibited around women who are relatively attractive and self-confident.

I tend to be completely shy, quiet, and strange. I'm a complete mental cel because I was just the typical introverted nerd who was too special, so I often go out with htn so I can learn something from them. How do I get rid of this shyness, shame, and inhibitions around women?
