I am no longer a gymcel and I've never felt better

first pic is december 2025, second is march 2026 (just for comparison and progress), third and fourth are more for facial difference and not physique (not the same lighting but close enough)
ive been on and off in the gym for like the past month and a half - two months and ive deadass never felt better. ive gotten a little smaller (obviously) but going like 1-2 times a week just to maintain kinda. my diet has also improved a lot, going from a god awful slop filled diet just eating everything and anything to me now eating mainly meat and dairy, but also with eggs and the occasional fruit. my skin has cleared up and ive also grown about half an inch since i started this (about 1 1/2 - 2 months ago). it could be a coincidence bc im still 14 almost 15 so it’s expected but i do think the changes i have made have helped a lot.
