I have very little experience with lifting but from what i've witnessed irl natty lifting seems like an absolute meme.

I have seen several Swedish "instagram famous" lifters irl and they look completely different from their instagram, if I didn't know what they were famous for then i'd have no idea that they lift regularly. Keep in mind that these people spend a ridiculous amount of time and effort in the gym yet they look only slightly better than the average skinnyfat normie.

The timeless natty lifting debate. Just fucking lift. Natty. With a needle in your ass. Choking on a SARM. Just do it, but most importantly stay lean.

Unfortunately these tricks often require much more than efforts.
Good mobility, good relative strength, good tendons and joints...

For example one arm pull up is freaking hard. A lot of very strong guys with +10 y bodyweight training can't pull it off.

ofcourse it's a meme, you will look like you never lift if you are bellow 15% bf on natty lifting, completely useless tbh, just inject or don't lift at all
